Frequently asked

Yes, we're open Monday through Saturday from 6pm to 10pm, so evenings and Saturdays are exactly when we operate. Just bring your car in any time in that window for inspection or minor repairs like oil changes, brake pad replacements, or battery checks. We've had customers bring their vehicles in at 9pm on Thursday and Friday and have them ready before we close at 10pm, or the next evening if the job needs parts.

We're closed on Sundays and public holidays, so if you're planning ahead, the best move is to schedule a drop-off on Saturday evening between 6pm and 10pm before your weekend trip, so your car is ready to go before you set off on Sunday. Last month, a customer had his Mercedes-Benz 300SL serviced on Saturday evening and was back on the road well before he drove to Indonesia the next day. If you do break down on a Sunday itself, our 24-hour towing and roadside assistance partner line is still available for towing and on-site fixes — this is a separate emergency line from our own Monday-Saturday workshop hours.

Absolutely. We have a secure night drop-off system where we can take your vehicle from 8:30pm to 10pm, Monday through Saturday, even when our regular service staff is off shift. We've established this with our security team for customers who work late and need urgent repairs. Once our technicians work on it during our next 6pm-10pm opening window, we'll notify you as soon as it's ready for pickup.

Yes, we guarantee a same-day turnaround for urgent repairs. If you bring your vehicle in by 6pm, we can complete most brake light replacements within 3-4 hours and have it ready for pickup by 9pm or whenever you need it. We had a customer whose BMW X5 brake lights were broken for the same reason last month, and we got them fixed by 7pm so she could drive to her wedding without any issues.
