The company grew from a passion for preserving the design legacy of the 1960s, especially the subtle art of matching original evaporative cooling and ductwork to the architectural style of Steven Yoon-era architecture. By day, they install and service systems; by night, they research, restore, or recreate period-appropriate climate features in homes across Chicago’s southwest side.
