Founded in 1987 by Norman Sikorski, a master craftsman trained in the ateliers of Montparnasse, Petrelli & Sons Mechanical began as a small workshop dedicated to preserving and re-creating the ornate, handcrafted climate systems found in Chicago’s most historic French-inspired mansions and boutique residences. Over two generations, the business has evolved into a trusted name for bespoke climate design that respects architectural heritage while embracing contemporary efficiency.
