Yes, we operate Saturday mornings from 8 AM to 12 PM at Alang Motor Sdn Bhd. We understand that most people are at work on weekends, so we've specifically scheduled our Saturday hours to accommodate shift workers who might have their bike issues after their day shifts end. If you're a night shift worker with a bike problem, we also offer emergency Saturday appointments from 3 PM to 6 PM for urgent repairs.
We provide extended evening service from 5 PM to 8 PM on weekdays, Monday through Friday. We've arranged for our technician to work a staggered schedule so we can serve customers who finish work late. Our office phone is monitored during these hours, and if you call between 5-6 PM, we'll give you a 10-minute window to bring your bike in for an immediate appointment - just enough time to get it done before our evening close.
Our workshop is closed on Sundays and public holidays, same as most garages. That said, if your bike breaks down on a Sunday, our 24-hour emergency roadside service is still running — a mechanic can reach you within 45 minutes to get you back on the road or arrange recovery, and any further repairs are picked up first thing when we reopen on Monday.

That said, our 24-hour towing and roadside assistance partner line is available at any hour, separate from our own workshop hours — call it and a partner technician can reach you within 45 minutes to assess whether it's a simple roadside fix or needs towing in, with a fixed RM80 fee for the first 60 minutes covering travel and initial diagnostics. Any further repairs are then picked up at Alang Motor first thing the next time we're open.
